Selected identity and contact fields are stored encrypted at the application layer; traffic uses TLS (HTTPS) (details in the privacy policy). The primary database is in Germany; application servers are in Germany.
Update your profile in the app; send account deletion and other requests to [email protected]. When an account is deleted, related personal data is removed subject to technical and legal retention rules.
E-mail a requestIf you use the workout recording feature in the mobile app, heart-rate data (Apple HealthKit / Apple Watch) and GPS location coordinates may be processed only with your separate explicit consent. You can manage both permissions — health data consent and location data consent — independently from the in-app Settings screen. To permanently erase your GPS coordinates, use Settings > Account > Delete My Location Data, or send a request to [email protected].
Partner messages are automatically deleted after about 10 days.
